The activity begins with a brief theoretical explanation on how to move underwater, how to breathe and the safety regulations that must be taken into account. Once prepared, with the equipment on and with clear rules, we go to the water. Normally, for safety, the maximum depth will not be greater than 8 meters.
Once we are underwater, we will only have to relax and let ourselves go, enjoying the sensation of weightlessness and the calm that the ocean gives us.
With luck we will be able to see some of the most characteristic species of our islands such as the old ones, the tamboril, the trumpet fish, the school of grunts, the catalufuna and many more...
